Full project support
aievas® project supports the complete project process, starting with the project setup, through the field phase up to the evaluation.
Mapping of the order-specific company hierarchies
In the client’s company, various hierarchical levels are often affected by the project to be carried out. Therefore, it is only logical to take this hierarchy into account during project implementation and especially during later evaluation. aievas® is able to map and consider these hierarchies.
Easy integration and customization of questionnaires
A questionnaire must be installed for each project to collect the data. All common and a variety of special question types are already available.
Upload test documents directly to an order
Any files can be digitally stored for each order. The field worker can thus scan documents received and upload them. In addition, audio or video recordings can also be stored.
Scenario-specific tailoring of questionnaires for individual orders/order packages
It may be necessary to tailor the questionnaire within a project for individual survey scenarios. This can be done very easily and flexibly in aievas®.
Deposit of training documents for each order
Scenario-specific information and documents can be stored for each order. In addition, information can also be inserted only for individual orders. This enables targeted information to be passed on to field staff by means of training documents.
Conduct online training/testing prior to project participation
In aievas® an online training module is already integrated. This provides yet another way to improve the training of field personnel in addition to the stored training materials and job-specific information.
Separate access for field staff / testers
In order to meet user-specific requirements, there is special access for field staff/testers. This enables order acceptance, training and education, data entry, as well as the subsequent billing of orders.
Direct import and export functions to and from Excel
To increase the process speed even more, aievas® project supports direct imports and exports from and to Microsoft Excel.
Direct customer/field staff -billing
Direct invoicing of the work performed is possible via a credit note procedure. The connection of the aievas® system to your accounting software is possible. In this way, settlements can be handled very efficiently. Settlement of several thousand orders is possible in less than an hour.
Field employee/staff database with individual profiles
In aievas® project databases for freelancers like testers, interviewers etc. can be created. Group-specific profiles can be created, allowing for easier selection.
Selections
Selections can be made via the profile properties of field workers. In this way, only field employees who match the profile are given viewing rights to the respective orders.
In addition, a geo-reference database can be used to select regionally appropriate field staff. This leads to a direct reduction in travel costs.
Controlling function with communication interface
The central prerequisite for successful project management is to have the best possible control over the project status. In aievas®project a corresponding tool is already integrated. In tabular form with various filter options, the project team can view the current status of the project and each individual record in real time or initiate appropriate actions.
A communication to the affected employees is supported from each function by providing contact details and defined communication channels. It is possible, for example, to include project-specific information in notification or reminder e-mails and to store and initiate measures taken in the system.
Automatic generation of the project status
Due to the differentiated statuses of the individual test orders, a detailed project status can be generated with one click. This gives the project team and/or the client a precise overview of the current project status.
Direct quality control in the system
Quality control is one of the central tasks in project execution. With the multi-level quality management in aievas® project you can also meet increased demands and sustainably increase and secure the quality. For example, test instructions for quality control can be integrated for all collected criteria. In addition, there are already system-side checks during data entry by the fieldworker/respondent that prevent incorrect entries. The already integrated quality management functions in aievas® project can be supplemented by customer-specific measures and functions at any time.
Document review
In addition to online data entry by fieldworkers/staff, for example, in test-purchase studies there are written and other haptic documents that must be handed over during project execution on an assignment.
These are uploaded as an image to an order in the online questionnaire or sent physically. aievas® project offers corresponding functionalities to check the incoming documents for completeness and correctness and to compare them with the entered online data. In this way, the quality is increased once again.
Integrated access control for agency and customers
Specific roles can be defined for different user groups. These roles are used to map the view rights to menu structures/functions, projects and company hierarchy membership. Thus, project management staff have access to all project data, field staff only to their assigned orders, and customers only to the unlocked results.
Automatic report generation with live data
aievas® is a real-time system. This means that once the data is entered, you can continue working with it. In this way, quality-checked data is made available to the customer immediately after the checks have been completed. No separate evaluation is necessary once the corresponding structures have been stored. The system does this automatically when you call up the relevant reports. No time is lost in the elaborate preparation of the evaluations. The system can thus also provide interim results already during the field phase. Final reports can be provided within a few hours or days after the end of the field period.
Intelligent report distribution
By mapping the order-specific company hierarchy of the client, specific reports can be generated for the individual levels of the hierarchy or for the individual company divisions. This is useful because then the responsible employee only sees the results that are relevant for him. Of course, cross-divisional evaluations or combinations of different reports are also possible.
Direct entry and tracking of measures
The implementation of improvements is supported by an integrated measures module. For the individual reports or criteria, measures can be directly stored in aievas® with deadlines and responsibilities for implementation. Subsequently, the success of the agreed measures can be compared with the next evaluations.
