aievas® mobile

aievas® mobile is a software which is used for mobile data acquisition. Once the data has been collected on mobile devices, it is analyzed directly and made available in report form. This means that the results can be discussed directly on site if required.

Mainly the mobile software of aievas® is used for the collection of quality data (e.g.: safety checks, hygiene checks, audits) and for interviews. Due to the easy handling, the mobile data acquisition on site with subsequent discussion of the results is a clear additional benefit.

When conducting interviews, the rapid collection of data using a handy mobile device is particularly important. Filtering can be applied to the questionnaires so that the questionnaire automatically adapts to the interviewee’s answers.

Direct benefit

Compared to paper-based data capture, mobile data capture offers many advantages. These include cost savings due to the elimination of printing and postage costs, time savings due to the direct transmission of data to headquarters, direct evaluation and the return of a report for on-site discussion, as well as a possible system-based control of the data already during data entry.

System requirements

The software aievas® mobile is connected to the aievas® platform. The mobile application runs on most popular mobile devices, smartphones, TabletPCs or PDAs. Devices with Windows Mobile are supported by default, other operating systems such as Apple/iPhone can be used optionally. The exact requirements must be clarified when using your own equipment.

aievas® focuses on the use of MDA devices. The aievas® platform does not place any specific requirements on the user’s system. It is a web-based platform that only requires Internet access and a common web browser, eg Internet Explorer 6.x and higher or Firefox 3.5 and higher.
