Example 1: Review of standards within the scope of an audit

During an audit, for example, the cleanliness and orderliness of a hotel room is to be evaluated, or it is to be checked whether the shelves in a grocery store are stocked according to the standard stocking plan.

For this purpose, a site-specific questionnaire is compiled by means of aievas® mobile, which is filled out via a mobile device (e.g. a common smartphone, MDA). There are already system checks on the mobile questionnaire as well, so the auditor can only transfer the questionnaire completely filled in.

The data is transmitted via the radio data link of the mobile terminal and the evaluation takes place within a few minutes after completion of the data acquisition. This allows the auditor and site manager to discuss the deficiencies found directly after the recording. This creates greater transparency and better acceptance within the organization.

The responsible field service also has access to the results directly after completion of the audit and can react accordingly.

Example 2: Conducting interviews

Another major area of use is conducting face-to-face interviews. PCs or laptops often cannot be used due to lack of power or battery life and are very inconvenient to use in many situations.

For this purpose aievas® mobile is especially suitable, because it is executed on handy and easy-to-use mobile devices. The speed of the application is also convincing, so there are no unpleasant waiting times. The data can be transferred to the server immediately after the interview is completed. In this way, a timely evaluation is possible.
