aievas® control

aievas® control is a software for the geographical and temporal planning and control of the deployment of service staff or advertising activities.

By integrating geo-reference data and a central calendar, planning is optimized taking geographical and temporal factors into account.

Aievas® control is used in particular to control field staff in the areas of customer service, sales representatives, promotion and merchandising.

aievas® control supports the various levels of the departments or companies involved in planning and control. For example, service orders to be processed can be scheduled by a regional manager for the respective field service employee depending on regional availability. This enables optimal route formation.

The solution for promotional activities often looks different. Here, for example, the external promotion agencies carry out the planning themselves and see the planning of other agencies as blocked times and areas. The agencies’ plans are then approved by the regional offices. This way, an efficient coordination between many participants is optimally possible.

Following the implementation of activities, direct evaluations can be carried out with the addition of further key figures. In this way, the success of locations or the success of deployed personnel can be determined and made available for further planning.

The aievas® platform does not place any specific requirements on the user’s system. It is a web-based platform that only requires Internet access and a common web browser, eg Internet Explorer 6.x and higher or Firefox 3.5 and higher.
