Locations, employees and operating times can be easily entered and clearly displayed. Double occupancy or incorrect bookings can be excluded. Integrated in aievas® control are a common calendar and a georeference database. In this way, distribution in time and place is possible.
Immediate success control
Directly from on-site, success messages can be recorded for work carried out, e.g. at customer service, or messages on contracts concluded during promotional campaigns.
Direct feedback from employees deployed on site
In order to make sure whether the planned activities are also implemented, there is a mobile interface in aievas® control that can be used from any cell phone. With the help of this interface messages can be transmitted from on site. For example, attendance at promotional events can be recorded automatically.
Evaluation of the success of the activities
As the data is recorded in the aievas® system, further data e.g. turnover, etc. can be added to the planning data. Evaluations of the success can then be created over all the data.
Incorporating the success factors into planning
The findings identified in the evaluation can in turn be made available for further planning. So the planning will be further optimized next time.
Feedback on planning to stakeholders
All parties involved can be informed directly with aievas® control about the success of their activities. Evaluations tailored to the recipient are possible.
aievas® control offers the possibility to map the accounting of external service providers directly via the system. An interface to the respective accounting software is possible.
