Example 1: Control of promotional activities

For example, the external promotion service provider can set the planning of its promotion teams for the next few weeks in aievas®. The regional offices can approve them. These evaluations can then be made available to the regional offices so that the planning of the next activities can also be optimized regionally on the basis of the findings.
A live report can be provided on site as an additional control instance. This means that the promoters briefly confirm via mobile phone that they are there. With this reporting system, there is no need to record attendance via an expensive call center.
Example 2: Controlling field staff in customer service
Internal or external sales representatives are assigned the orders centrally. The notification of new orders takes place via email or SMS. Any accompanying information can be stored for the orders, for example instructions or additional information about the customer.
The sales representative calls up the orders and information on the go. After the order has been processed, he confirms the completion in the system and, if necessary, creates a visit report or an invoice.
As soon as the order is reported as completed, the central dispatcher sees this and can control the further order dispatching accordingly.
