Example 1: Implementation of mystery shopping projects
aievas® project helps you to handle test purchase studies for your clients more efficiently. Central project support in one system allows all project participants to access the same data in parallel and live. Through access control, everyone sees only the data and functions that are relevant to them. In addition, there are various functionalities that are specifically designed to meet the requirements of mystery shopping projects.
An important benefit of aievas® project is the time and cost saving. It is possible for a single person to bring a mystery shopping project with about 500 investigation units, a questionnaire with 150 criteria and a total of 1500 tests with 2 test scenarios into the field within 4 hours in aievas®. In this way, even the shortest timings and special customer requests can be realized efficiently.
Example 2: Conducting surveys
Different processes are relevant for surveys than for test purchase surveys. aievas® project flexibly maps the changing requirements. For example, in the case of employee surveys, the target group and thus the scope of the questionnaires is known. The system takes this into account in the controlling and reminder functions.
In the case of a customer survey or opinion polls in general, the final number often cannot be specified precisely in advance. Here, the corresponding data records are automatically created with each completed questionnaire. A later combination of data sets to groups or similar is possible without restrictions. Scenario-specific questionnaires can also be mapped here, just as different respondent groups receive different questionnaires.
A survey project with about 10,000 respondents and a questionnaire with 60 criteria can be implemented in aievas® project and brought into the field by one person within 90 minutes.
