Data procurement

Data can be obtained in several ways:

1. Input of the required data via online form into the aievas® system. The online forms can be designed freely.
2. Input via mobile devices with aievas® mobile. aievas® mobile is designed for use on all mobile devices with Windows Mobile operating system.
3. Import of data in common data formats, such as Microsoft Excel, CSV, SPSS, etc. In general, customization of the import interface is possible.
4. Direct transfer of data between existing in-house systems and customer-specific aievas® systems via interfaces.

Full-Service

With the product aievas® data a full service is included. For each customer, a project team is put together specifically for the order and is responsible for the complete coordination and handling of the implementation. In addition, a specific employee is available to each customer as a central contact person.

Evaluation

A wide variety of calculation models can be mapped in aievas®. In this way, the different customer requirements are taken into account. In addition to the individual solution, common calculation models are already mapped as standard.

Reporting

aievas® data has a set of standard reports that are customized. In addition, individual reports are possible. The reports are then automatically populated with the current data on demand and delivered to the user. There are no limits to the report layout. The output file formats are PDF, PPT, XLS and single graphics, depending on the customer requirements.

Transmission security

The aievas® platform offers the highest level of safety. This high security standard is achieved by a consistent 128bit SSL-encrypted data transmission with trust center authentication.

Data backup

The aievas® systems basically work with mirrored data inventories in the RAID array. Full backups of the entire system, including the data, are made daily at defined times. Dataset created. These backup files are stored securely outside the data center for a defined period of time.

Server-Hosting

The required hardware can be managed both externally in our data center and internally on site. Here, a coordination with the responsible IT department should precede in order to find the optimal solution.
