We develop and operate a system that collects data from a wide variety of sources, processes it and evaluates it in a customer-specific manner. With the aievas® software we support companies to identify optimization opportunities in their processes and to implement them in improvement measures. The goal of our software is to sustainably increase profitability, productivity and quality.
aievas AG is divided into two areas, the development area and the operations area.
The two divisions work closely together to handle a wide variety of customer projects. In addition, there are cross-divisional project teams that deal with special orders and the further development of our products.
The hierarchies are flat. Every employee can qualify for responsible and more advanced tasks within a very short time. Those who perform convincingly on a sustained basis are given more responsibility within a very short time and can grow with their tasks in every respect.
Our employees have completed training or have an academic degree in the fields of business administration, computer science or comparable.
The majority of employees are between 25 and 40 years old.
In total, we currently employ about 20 people with a growing trend. Approximately 10 employees work on site at the headquarters in Burscheid; in addition, there are external employees who are deployed in a wide variety of functions to support projects.

aievas AG was founded in 2003. Since then, we have been growing continuously and above average. Meanwhile the aievas® software is used worldwide on all 6 continents.

We know that we live off our customers and act accordingly. Our customers expect timely and accurate order fulfillment, excellent service, and comprehensive care in support of their goals. All our products and services are associated with a high quality standard, which must be proven every day. To this end, every employee should contribute in the best possible way.
We are aware that every employee has different goals and motivations. Therefore, we try to combine the goals of the customers, the employees and the company with each other as far as possible.
We work with people: our dealings are therefore characterized by tolerance and respect while simultaneously demanding and promoting professionalism and quality.
The requirements vary depending on the position, but some characteristics distinguish all profiles we are looking for or who work for us: Above-average commitment, taking responsibility for tasks, quick comprehension, ability to learn, flexibility, accuracy and reliability.
The induction takes the form of on-the-job training. Experienced colleagues guide new employees. In addition, there are regular special training sessions for specific topics and tasks.
Careers that are based on title and office size do not exist at our company. With us, employees develop in and with the projects. Only one thing is decisive for this: personal performance. All new employees receive feedback every 3 months, in which the current status and development prospects are outlined. Additional discussions are held annually in which common goals are set for the next year.
Due to the variety of industries, customers and projects, there are always new tasks, requirements and perspectives. This offers a wide range of individual development opportunities.
Compensation is largely linked to the areas for which we are responsible and to personal performance. In principle, the remuneration is based on market rates. We reward sustained above-average performance accordingly.
The cafeteria principle applies to all benefits: employees can define which benefits they would like to take advantage of (company car, pension plan, etc.) and this is implemented as far as possible within the agreed gross annual remuneration.
Burscheid is centrally located and close to Leverkusen, Cologne, Wuppertal and Düsseldorf. Burscheid itself is a town with about 35,000 inhabitants. Short distances, good sports facilities, proximity to nature, free parking and affordable rents are the main advantages.
If you are looking for shopping miles or nightlife, you will find it about 20 minutes away by car in Cologne. Other cities are also close. Some travel times:

Leverkusen: 10 Min
Bonn: 45 min
Essen: 45 min
If you are traveling by public transport, the ideal place to settle is Leverkusen. From Leverkusen you can get to either Cologne city center or the company in 15 min.
Our location is on the outskirts of Leverkusen just a few minutes’ walk from the nearest bus stop.
